Voice Solutions - Ways to Send
Email to Voice:
There are two destinations for sending Email-2-Voice:
- broadcast@voice.telecomaus.com.au
- receiversnumber@voice.telecomaus.com.au
Sending to broadcast@voice.telecomaus.com.au
This allows the sender to upload a CSV file of recipients, along with a WAV file or TTS formatted email body or TXT file and broadcast your voice message.
Sending to receiversnumber@voice.telecomaus.com.au
This allows the sender to upload a WAV file or TTS formatted email body or TXT file and send your voice message to a single recipient. Additional numbers can be CC'd in the email, with the option to also upload a CSV file and send to the list, plus the additional numbers stated.
Note: Voice data will be taken from the message body (TextToSpeech) OR an attached *.WAV file (NaturalVoice). If a WAV file is present, any TTS formatted email body or TXT files will be ignored).
The WAV file needs to be in a reasonably standard format so that our voice servers don't make any conversion errors (we convert to 8-bit Mono).
